Service Warranty Policy

At Allroundfix LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality consumer technology and home services. This Service Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty we offer on our services and sets clear expectations for our customers.

  1. Warranty Coverage
  • Allroundfix LLC warrants that services performed will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
  • A 30-day limited warranty (not applies on long term support and serice contract or plan) applies to most repair and installation services, starting from the date the service is completed.
  • If a covered service fails due to workmanship within the warranty period, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost.
  1. Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues caused by customer misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service
  • Manufacturer defects in hardware, software, or third-party products
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by environmental conditions (e.g., power surges, water damage, accidents)
  • Data loss, corruption, or recovery services (customers are responsible for backing up data before service)
  • Consumable items such as cleaning supplies, parts, or accessories used during service
  • Services performed by third parties after Allroundfix LLC’s service completion
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must promptly report any issues covered under this warranty within the warranty period.
  • Proof of service (invoice, receipt, or booking reference) must be provided when making a warranty claim.
  • Customers must provide access to the equipment, device, or location for inspection and repair.
  1. Warranty Limitations
  • The warranty is limited to re-performance of the service originally provided.
  • No cash refunds, replacements, or compensation will be given under this warranty.
  • Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the amount paid for the service in dispute.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
